I come from games like Dota and CSGO (switched to Valorant permanently a month and a half ago). These games have a commend system in addition to the report system. After games, you can commend people for being great teammates. You can commend people for specific things like being a great leader, a friendly teammate, etc. The commends you earn would then be displayed on your profile like a badge of honor. In my opinion, adding something positive to the experience and feel of the game will be a good addition.
Imagine having the funnest game with very friendly teammates and after the games end that’s that. It would feel better to know that your teammates appreciated you beyond the win or loss. It could just be a non-sequitur thing that you can display in like the loading screen. Or potentially even go deeper to having like frequently reported people play with each other and commended people play with each other. There has to be a way to prevent abuse though if that were to happen.
What do you guys think? Ofc this is like a least priority thing.
