I have a high sense. Like, *really high.*Don't judge, 1800dpi .83. I'm so used to it though.
I feel like I should lower my sense, I know sense is preference but I think it's too high. I'm not sure how long it would take to get used to something lower, it obviously feels very off if I lower it right now.
Hypothetically if I got used to it, would that help me improve? I'm s2 peak s3 and my gameplay fluctuates from iron to gold and I need to figure out how to be more consistent.

how do i stop shitting myself
Sometimes everything will be quiet, shift walking to site and an enemy will swing out and ill shit myself and my crosshair shakes because i just hit my head on the ceiling from jumping so hard.
Any tips for preventing me from getting scare...
