wrist flick to aim or move your whole arm?

the title says it all. do you prefer to move your wrist only to aim or do you prefer to move your whole arm? i used to aim with my wrist but ever since I've started with my arm i just cant go back and i don't know which technique is more beneficial. opinions?

Recently, Valorant Competitive has become less competitive and more unfair.

Smurfing seems to be running rampant in Valorant lately and it's causing a lot of lower-skilled players to quit.
