When you die and start spectating someone. You have to accept that things happened before you began to spectate. He will be playing based a lot of information that you know nothing about. It’s not a surprise if what he does makes no sense to you.
Here is an another shocker. You really shouldn’t address this question to the player that out ranks you, has better kda, and keeps clutching the rounds for you. You should just watch intently if you genuinely don’t understand what it is that he is doing. He isn’t all knowing, but neither are you.
