We should have another HE Grenade-Based Ability Agent alternative to Raze + CONCEPT
We only have 1 Agent (Raze) who had the HE grenade-based ability (Paint Shells), while we have already 5+ agents that have smokes, flashes, and molly-based abilities. We need another HE grenade.
