Tp-quite predictable + makes a noise to locate + when you tp you don't know if there are enemies or not

And ult good for gaining Intel if you go behind them too it makes a loud AF noise anyone can hear it like Reyna's ult But still Reyna's ult>yoru ult

I think he is pretty balanced
