Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when placing TP as Yoru the TP just stops working?

I’ve had two games now (I’m sure I have clips of this recorded since I started using overwatch) where mid-game my TP ability doesn’t work.

I can place my TP down or send it out, however when I press the TP button, I loose the teleport all together and don’t go anywhere, and sometimes I even end up losing both of my TPs.

Seems like a serious bug for any Yoru mains (which I’m trying to become myself lol)
