So I have been in gold for awhile and It seems to be the most toxic rank. All my other friends in higher ranks when I go on there accounts there teammates seem nice.

I need to change my account's region because I have recently shifted from one country to another. I looked all over the internet for a solution and even submitted a ticket but that remains unanswered as of now.
