What can you do when you peak in rank and then continue to lose games due to what seems like skewed matchmaking? (Serious question)

Option to spectate
I think riot should allow spectating your friends when they're in a game. What do y'all think about this? I'm sure CSGO players definitely miss this feature. It's better to watch them play rather than just waiting for their game to end or p...
