Of course you are going to lose a game when you have a teammate who's been afk the whole game. You shouldn't get demoted after losing that game. Nothing makes me rage quit more than getting demoted after losing a match because of an afk teammate where you were top fragging/team mvp/match mvp. I'm fine with losing elo but you shouldn't ever get demoted after that game.
