It’s no secret that skins are expensive; this is how much money you’d need to purchase every skin individually (I.e., without Collection discounts). The price breakdown is as follows:
Regular Skins (In order of increasing price, purchased individually from the store):
- 44 * 875 VP = 38,500 VP
- 65 * 1,275 VP = 82,875 VP
- 2 * 1,750 VP = 3,500 VP
- 101 * 1,775 VP = 179,275 VP
- 36 * 2,175 VP = 78,300 VP
- 8 * 2,475 VP = 19,800 VP
- 6 * 2,550 VP = 15,300 VP
- 4 * 2,675 VP = 10,700 VP
- 24 * 3,550 VP = 85,200 VP
- 9 * 4,350 VP = 39,150 VP
- 2 * 4,950 VP = 9,900 VP
- 1 * 5,350 VP
- Total = 563,350 VP
Legacy Skins (In order of increasing price, purchased individually from the Champions 2021 Collection):
- 1 * 2,675 VP
- 1 * 5,350 VP
- Total = 8,025 VP
Battle Pass Skins (Obtained by purchasing the Premium Battle Pass for every Act's Battle Pass):
- 13 * 1,000 VP = 13,000 VP
- Total = 13,000 VP
Total Cost (Valorant Points):
- 563,350 VP + 8,025 VP + 13,000 VP = 584,375 VP
Total Cost (USD, price includes taxes):
- (53 * 11,000 VP) + (1 * 2,050 VP) = 585,050 VP
- (53 * $106.34) + (1 * $21.26) = $5,657.28
Some other interesting statistics: there are 302 skins that can be purchased from the store. With four skins available from every 24-hour store rotation, it would take 76 days (Over 10 weeks) at minimum to obtain every skin available for individual purchase. Anyways, let me know what you guys think! Far too expensive, or are skins fairly priced for what they offer?
