My friend bottom frags almost every game, yet is always convinced his teammates (including me) are the problem. How can I put this in words to him?
My friend is new to this game as well as PC FPS games in general. His aim is terrible. From his point of view, the main key to winning games is not getting kills, but gadget usage. And that's where the problem arises.

Riot should change the way support agents receive ranked points
I believe getting kills with a controller, sentinel and even some initiators should reward more points than getting those kills with a duelist.
