What is up with the sudden swarm of bots in ranked? I've lost almost 40mmr this morning because my teammates have all been afk bots.

Why is everyone focused on nerfing good agents instead of buffing bad ones?
I see suggestions for nerfing good agents that tend to be extreme and weaken the agents too much.

anyone having issues with getting matched into a bad team consistently?
I have reached my peak elo twice this act and twice i had a lose streak that will bring me back to around 180 elo and me going back to 350ish and back to a lose streak. Am i the problem or am i just unlucky? i really dont get why im getting...
