Editorial Policy

Our job is to make VALORANT information more useful, not simply more abundant. Every article should answer a real player question, add context or provide a practical way to act on the information.

Research and sourcing

• Official Riot and VALORANT Esports sources are the starting point for patch notes, schedules, rules and announcements.
• Material claims are linked to the source that supports them, with dates and uncertainty preserved.
• We do not turn Reddit threads, search snippets or unverified social posts into reported facts.
• When we test a mechanic or strategy ourselves, we label it as testing or analysis rather than official guidance.

Writing and updates

Articles should explain why a change matters to a player. We avoid copied phrasing, keyword stuffing, fake urgency and filler conclusions. Older guides are reviewed after major patches; if an article is no longer useful, we update it, merge it into a stronger page or remove it with an appropriate redirect.

Images

We prefer original diagrams, illustrations or rights-cleared images. Each article image has a provenance record. Generated images are disclosed and are not described as official game screenshots or live-match photographs. We do not imitate real players, invent quotes or add unreadable fake UI to make an image look like evidence.

Corrections

If we get a fact wrong, we correct the page and explain the change when it is material. Use the corrections page to send the URL, the problem and a source or explanation that helps us verify it.

Independence

Advertising does not determine our coverage or conclusions. Any sponsored material, affiliate relationship or paid placement will be labelled clearly. See our advertising disclosure.
