I've been playing since around the end of last season and commonly get around iron 2-3, is that good, or am I incredibly bad still?

When you throw fades haunt is there any meaning to the effect that shows up on the side of the screen? I don’t play fade at all and it seems to appear at random times during the cast. Thank you!
