I just played a game where round 2 my Sova threw and griefed all game because he wasn't healed pistol round. Why is it that if I don't 5 stack every game 9 times out of 10 I feel like I get someone who throws, griefs, or just leaves. People...

Are they seasonal? Only available once? Or will they show up in the rotation like all the other skins after they leave the collection? Does anyone know?
