Just had a game with a phoenix who threw the whole game for some reason. He didnt want to defuse or plant. He also killed us multiple time. So my question is : Wouldn't it be a great idea to add a feature that ban you if you killed a too high number of teammates in one game?

I totally agree that accident can happen especially with capacities like sova's ult or pheonix molly. But if somebody get 4 teamkills in a single game I think that everybody can agree that its clearly done on purpose. And even if by any chance someone get that number of kills by accident, the ban could be by using a vote, similar to what siege got. There is also game like csgo that just ban you after 3 kills, which is also very reasonable for valorant since you can only kill people with your abilities.

I can also understand that this problem must not occur too often but it could be a great add to the game.
