I have been trying to win a game but i get smurf every game and its getting hard to deal with. what so you guys do to help agaainst smurfs?

I’m a soloQ Plat1 player. I just love people who instalocks Astra. They generally have good decision making, timing, aim etc. (Ofc not all of them but they usually tend to carry the team in my elo)
