I, along with everyone else who has ever played this game, have all been in a situation where we have a teammate go afk, we end up playing 4v5 and lose, and still lose lots of RR. And it sucks
This subject is brought up repeatedly by this sub and the answer is always the same "people will abuse this system". And I agree with that answer, people will abuse it by queuing up and having a friend leave the game if shit gets bad.
My solution is simple. If you play a game and a player go afk, and you lose 4v5, then you only lose half the RR. The answer we all want. The catch is that, whatever player went afk, you will be banned from queuing up with that player again for 20 games (or something like that). With this system, if the person who dropped was a random, then it works fine. You only lose half the points and you probably wont see them again. If the person who dropped was a friend, well you can't play with them for 20 games. It sucks, but this is way to counteract this problem.

I built a rhythm aim trainer to improve my micro-adjustments in Valorant and this is my improvement. Game is now free to play on steam, search for FRAIM and let me know your feedbacks and whether or not it is as lethal as I think it is

This game's sleazy monetization is trying to toy with your brain. Don't fall prey to it.
