I have recently gotten significantly better at valorant in a short time and a lot of this I believe can be attributed to a mentality shift.

Caring about your rank and caring about how others on your team are playing actively makes you play worse and vocalising this tilt in voice comms actively MAKES OTHERS PLAY WORSE TOO.

By raging in chat, you are basically guaranteeing that your team will perform worse. Shouting down the mic, starting arguments and offering up meaningless comms is a detriment to your team and may turn a winnable game into an unwinnable one

From what I have observed, the difference between Gold, Plat and Diamond players isnt often purely down to raw skill, but effective comms and being able to manage your tilt.
