Which is the better gun to use at what times? the main people i play are Neon, Reyna, Sage, and Omen. Im trying to get better at this game so id like to learn when the vandal or phantom has the advantage.

Backstory: I have never taken this game too seriously when it comes to grinding ranked. I have played every act since beta and only played 10-20 games to get to plat 1 after being placed gold2/gold3 ish every season just for the gun buddy...
