Congratulations Riot, you have created a game which has so much potential. Its been more than a year since i started playing and i am only silver 3. What has been your rank difference past 2 years?

i have my crosshair set on head placement some games this works sometimes it dosent but the enemy just runs and my gun sounds goes off but no bullet. or they peek and somehow while they peek there already shooting b4 i can react. any tips?
