What are the odds that two consecutive games have cheaters , is there like a code break finally which enables massive cheating or is it just a bug?

I came across a bot in a compi game today. Literally doing this throughout the game. And supposedly the player is bronze 3.

Valorant deathmatches in Haven and Split are a joke.
