What are the white tick marks and yellow/red arrow indicators called and purpose?

Killjoy main here. I was streaming the game and it was 1 v 4. I made the best play of my life with the bulldog and I am quite proud of it.
I had a bulldog and a dream, it was the most sincere "lets go" I ever made.

Breeze Map
So i analyzed breeze trailer and tried to mapping it. so i used autocad to draw this.
