As far as I know, you get more economy points if you buy expensive guns and kill a lot.

Now, my aim is truly bad, it is not like I do not kill anyone, but I tend to do it only in specific situations: for example, if I am holding and angle, if I lurk for whatever the reason it is… basically most of my kills are when defending or post plant when attacking. I rely mostly on my abilities (Sage) and my team, so when I buy I tend to buy only ghost and light shield if I have under 4000credits.

To be clear, if after the buy I don’t have at least 1.500-2.000 credits left, I rely on the ghost and the light shield along with wall and slowing orbs.

I do this because I think that since it is very unlikely for me to get kills, I need to have enough credits to buy for my teammates if they need.

By the end of the matches, I am always the worst when it comes to economy.

I always thought it was the best to buy this way, I don’t mind being bottom frag as long as I win the match. But lately, my boyfriend and his friends are encouraging me to be more selfish and buy more since according to them, the team’s economy should be similar between the members.

Am I harming my team by buying this way?
