I am an ascendant player and I was playing with diamond 1 to ascendant 1 players. We ran into interesting teams last night.

One team was carried by a Bronze 2 viper on breeze.

The other team stomped us on Icebox, which of course, is fine - some games you win, some you loose. However, it turned out we played against two Immortals (2 & 3), one unranked (he ranked gold later),one gold and one bronze player.

After checking the immortal 3’s history on tracker.gg it became apparent that he as been 5 stacking with bronze and gold accounts since he reached ascendant 2. Win rate 80%.

How is that kind of rank boosting ok with riot? We basically did not get a fair match up and probably played against 5 high elo immortals, jeez, maybe even radiants who are ruining games for other plat and diamond players in 5 stack. Checking their history, they even stomp high ascendant and immortal stacks. I don’t get it…
