adhd and playing valorant

Hello, as mentioned in the title I have adhd. I find it very difficult to pick a main, and even when I do pick one a lot of the time I get bored of them and want to main someone else. I wish I could just stick with one agent. Can anyone else relate to this?

How do I see my AP bar in the lobby

after the game finishes it shows the progress on your AP bar but where is it during the lobby is the only way I can see it by playing another game and remembering that number
