This is an agent idea I had a few days ago, he is a "tank" and I made it in a way he could adapt into someone that could bring some confort to neon since she is trubled by her lack of control with her powers as we saw in recent events in lore. I'm not a professional writer so it may contain multiple errors and inconsistencies, and for that I apologize. I also was thinking of adding a brazil map with the agent, this could be interesting.

ABILITIES //

C – Resist: Equip a riot shield with 600 hp, but can only use secondary weapons. (one charge, 300 credits).

Q – Defy: Use the exo-suit to install a metal bullet that explodes on activation causing concussion and 50 damage in a small area (two charges, 150 credits).

E – Amend: Use a healing dart to cure yourself (Right click) or an ally in sight (Left click) by 30 hp (Two charges, 150 credits, recharges on time).

WHY ADD THIS AGENT?

Valorant agents need deep connections and relationships. Neon can’t control her powers so the main objective for the creation of this agent is for Neon to grow as a character finding motivation in Adamo’s company. He also dives deeper in sage’s past and bring more ways for the team to get along and understand each other. (Neon being the focus in this character arch)

Peter = Pedro

Pedro worked as a guard at a Kingdom installation in São Paulo // Brazil. When a group of radiants attacked the building, he retaliates by using equipment that were being tested on the labs of the site, The equipment code name was // Adamo. the fight caused major damage to the labs but thanks to Pedro no casualties were registered, plus he had proven the equipment is very efficient, thus he was called to join killjoy's lab for further testing.

In his way to VP HQ, he remembers his life before the incident. A simple man at his twenties. He always wanted to be in control of his life and because of that he trained with his father, a Monk that moved to Brazil and met a woman that worked as a scientist in kingdoms labs. They had a boy, Pedro. Pedro’s father was raised at the same monastery as Ling Ying Wei (Sage), so they kept contact after he moved to Brazil and the family often visited the monastery.

Their lives were changed some time later. He and his family were spending their vacation on Mexico when a wild radiant killed many in her way, including Pedro's parents, after that Pedro passes out, when he woke up he was at a Kingdom's medic facility, they had an eye on him for a while and took this chance to bring Pedro to work for them as a security guard, a welcome addition to their "army" by letting Sage take care of him till he has the age to work for them. He was 13 years old when Sage took him under her wing.

Since the tragedy in Mexico Pedro have nightmares sometimes… He fears not being able to save those he loves the most.

Arriving at the Valorant Protocol HQ he was greeted by Brimstone, he gave Pedro the same name written on the exo-suit // Adamo. Brims reasons to bring Adamo to the protocol were simple, prepare the team for everything and help the radiant members control their powers, especially Neon. She was the most susceptible to losing control, so Adamo, how brim have named him, drive himself through the building with a small tactic force provided by Viper to make a fake Omega invasion. He sees raze and killjoy fixing their equipment, they greet Adamo with happy expressions, and Raze is really excited to see another Brazilian in the Protocol, they give Adamo his new radiant exo suite and show how to use it. The duo was informed of Brim’s plans involving Adamo and were asked to make some improvements to the exo-skeleton. And so, the test begins.

All the agents return as the Dawn is covering the skies, Adamo waits till all have their guard down as They try to rest, once Brim Gives the green light the test starts with no alarm going out, the agents panic and When They leave their rooms, they face strange, armored people inside the HQ, with no guns They try to fight using the radiant powers but to no avail. the invaders were well trained and took the agents one by one using countermeasures to deal with the radiant members till it was only Neon against the invaders leader (Adamo). Neon quickly deals with most enemies with electric discharges, but They seem to have no use Against Adamo who runs and immobilizes Neon. The girl can’t control her powers and cause a massive discharge that makes the facility lose its power for a few minutes. When the lights are back, Adamo and his teammates seem to be ok due to their armor and the Valorant team is speechless When Brim comes out saying:

- Alright, the test is over. The invaders won. Everyone can rest and after that meet me in the training hall.

A few minutes later brim reunites the team so he can explain why Adamo was called.

Brimstone - First I would like to thank Adamo for joining us. He is one of kingdom's greatest soldiers and have a high success rate on his carrier. With his training and the exo-suit given to him, he will be helping with your training from now on. I called him here for a few reasons. First, we need any help we can get to deal with omega earth. Second, Adamo was trained since he was a teenager by kingdoms most efficient soldiers, why you may ask, it’s very simple, his mother was working in a unique prototype in one of kingdoms labs, a radiant exo-suit to deal with radiant problems. Adamo also was oriented by his father, a great friend of Sage. Sage appointed him, we tested him, and now he will help everyone to achieve higher levels, Neon in special.

Neon – What? But why?

Brimstone – Don’t get me wrong kid, you are a valuable member on the team, but everyone knows how hard it is for you to control your powers, Adamo was trained by soldiers and monks, so he is qualified to help you with that.

Neon – Urgh! Fine...

Adamo – Thank you sir, I hope I can get along with all of you, and I would like to apologize for the scene I caused earlier. I’ll do my best to help anyone with anything you need.

The agents seem to be ok with the new teammate, except for Reyna and Chamber, they had their own plans, and the newcomer could make things more complicated. Neon on the Other hand was bothered, she did not like the idea of having a tutor, but she knew everything brim said was right. She indeed has troubles with her abilities, perhaps Adamo is the answer.

So they started working hard to understand their flaws with Adamo’s help, it was very hard, most of them were not soldiers, but they got the hand of it very fast, and Adamo became really close to them, the team accepted him as their trust worthy friend.

After some time working together, Neon and Adamo became close, eventually becoming a couple.
