Having bots in the range doesn't help that much as u will never see a bot in a comp match. Just like in aim_botz there are different viewmodels so u can actually practice what it is like in a real match valorant should have agents instead of bots in the range to make it much easier to practice. Also omens head is so hard to hit from behind.

What's the best esports Competitive Valorant game to watch for a guy who's watched none
