I’ve been doing aimlabs for months, following the recommended routine for valorant and still seeing no improvement. Should i switch to range & deathmatch instead? If so, what are the practices for me to improve my tracking and taps?

After playing CSGO for a bit, I quickly came to appreciate Valorant's ranked scene
I cant tell you how often I run into people just deliberately throwing.
Its one thing in Valorant to run into toxic and annoying assholes, which there are plenty of.
Its another to have people completely throw in CS. So many team kills...
