I’ve been doing aimlabs for months, following the recommended routine for valorant and still seeing no improvement. Should i switch to range & deathmatch instead? If so, what are the practices for me to improve my tracking and taps?

Is there like a "summoner school" for Valorant?
I want to get into comp seeing as im about to hit lvl 20.But Its a bit intimidating seeing how good everyone is and so on.
Any tips on how to approve and so on?Looking for coaching if anyone is interested.
