I saw the new fade and harbor agent icons, were they made by the same person who did the other agent icons? (the ones in the actual game right now) What is his name?

As someone who grew up playing old games on ps1/ps2 like medal of honor and call of duty I am a big fan of new skins that bring back fond memories. I really hope that the next set of old weapons will include the Kar95 as the Marshall....

I think after the tenth level of contract offering a secondary skin there should be 5 more that lead to a main weapon skin. Of course xp required would be absurd but still. Maybe another 5 for a knife.
