I'm a proud owner of exactly 1 (one) account and grinded for chamber myself. Lately every time I see someone playing a new champ it's on a sub level 10 account. People are abusing riots system that let's people pick a free character and a direct consequence is people in low MMR dealing with smurfs who are on fresh accounts. A VERY easy fix for this would be to not let new character be selected as a free agent pick for a few months to as many as 6 months then they will be able to be gotten for free. Essentially long enough that it's more efficient to grind (or buy) a characters contract.
