I've played this game for years already and I dont think im improving at all although in 1v1 aim duels I've almost never lost to people of higher ranks and even some immo's have said I zone out too much despite having decent aim (not saying im dia or immo just saying I should be able to get to plat atleast) I've been stuck in gold for the longest time and just cant get out and I feel like its because of my reaction time which is straight up like 220ms which is wayyyyy over what I would call decent rt. For context I zone out frequently and my op'ing is insanely bad because of all of this. I can never react fast enough. My raw aim is decent and recently tried aimlabs which ik people say isnt much of a helper but it helped me gauge my raw aim a bit and my scores were all in the top 10th percentile which I think is decent atleast. I want to lower my rt as much as possible to around 160-70 so I need some help from all of you. I made a similar post before but I didnt get any help so I wanted some genuine advice on how to lower rt. Are there any factors that affect it? Ik that sleep does thats for sure but anything other than that. Exercise helps me lower it a bit as well but thats my personal. experience. Would love all the feedback I can get on this one.
