I just want Riot to give more stories to each of the agents, how the world works, the specific things about the said world, and what is happening right now. It's hard to be invested in a character just by their appearances and it would be cooler if we knew more things about this world (I mean, Runeterra in League of Legends is so cool, and I hope we could get that kind of world-building in this game too).
Edit: btw cinematics for explaining the world/agents' goals and personalities/major conflicts would be nice (you know, like what Overwatch did)
