Is there anything I should work on?

I want to get better but I have no Idea where to start or what to look at I feel that I deserve a higher rank than I do now and my teammates are slightly holding me back but I know this isn't the main reason I'm stuck in bronze. So I just want to know if there is anything on my Tracker that might be a sign that I need to work on something, But I don't know what it might be

Anyways I just want to know if there is anything I need to work on based on my tracker alone

Black Sovereign Sword (Glitch)

My friend's laptop is very low end so it's prone to have glitches. When he started an unrated, the base and blade of the sword turned black while the blue effects stayed. Pretty funny and cool if you ask me. https://preview.redd.it/qrp3ju6...

After being done with blizzard and OW I want somebody like Valorant, is it a good time to start?

I played valorant with my buds when the beta was out. It was low key fun. But the I got into OW and now want to join back. How the health of this game this currently?
