Anyone a bit disappointed there is no fun and silly Halloween events?
Riot could have at least reskined the UI and had a Halloween theme spooky event.
I'd like to see Halloween exclusive skins were you have to do some challenges to get exclusive festive skins, sprays, player backgrounds etc...
Even a fun little game mode were players hide pumpkins around the map and other players have to find them and smash them before time runs out would be fun.

Yoru Footstep Buff
I propose yoru's footsteps be made into a brimstone style smoke with vector targeting so you can place them anywhere on the map. Additionally, clicking once would open the map to place them, and holding the button would send them to walk in...
