Sometimes I go to flank the enemy when they're on the other site but my team mate will follow me so i take a different path and then they'll turn around to keep following me. Or when i'm holding an angle and 1 or 2 people come to hold the same angle instead of watching our flank or trying to flank themselves. It really annoys me and i find i play better when my team mates are dead because I don't get surprised by flanks or body blocked when peeking.
