Can somebody explain why there are some teams with 6 matches played while we only have 4 matches played in premier when there have only been 2 match weeks and according to riot you are only allowed to play twice per week?

I win a comp match and I get 10RR but I lose a comp match and they take 26RR... WHY??? How does Riot calculate who loses how much RR?? It's almost like they punish you for losing more than they reward you for winning. How do they know tha...
