First 3 clips were taken from 2 days of playing. Teammates like these are not uncommon.
It's genuinely difficult to rank up when teammates become toxic to each other or just give up all together.
Fix your mental, keep a level head, hype up your teammates, win more games. As simple as that.

I have no issues with getting absolutely annhilated by the opposition. This doesn't mean I would surrender. But whenever I solo queue, even in the first couple of rounds if the team find it isn't going their way they surrender. I really do...
