I like buying half armour in the first round unless I’m Phoenix or Reyna. I feel like I can get hit 4 times in the body with a classic, ghost, or frenzy and still survive. Sometimes the enemy asks “who buys armour on pistol round” when they hit me for 104. Does armour have a big impact?

Not getting the rr I gained
The picture shows that I have 26/100 rr when the 2 games I most recently played added up to 35. I'm just confused where that 9 rr went.
I restarted my game, went on a different account and nothing changed.
