Ranked has been fairly more balanced in immortal+ ranks, which makes it enjoyable to play. Not having to compete against 3, 4, or 5 stacks in higher elo has been a great experience so far. It’s also great to not be stuck in a team of 3 or 4 stacks who only make callouts in their private discord.
By making it 2 players max to queue with, I’ve noticed that more players are now working together as a team. There is now more comms and interaction to get everyone on the same page, which is how a team-based game should be played. This holds true for both teams, which helps to create some balance in teamwork involved.
It’s awesome to not have to play against a 4-5 stack of pro players with a team of solo queue players. The level of connection isn’t the same. However, allowing 5 stacks to strictly queue against other 5 stacks would be fair game.

I see a lot of Reyna mains, not really using their leers properly. So heres a clip to show how one can use Leer to max potential. Rather than putting leer on head level, try to put it either Above (as shown in the clip) or on ground to mess their crosshair placement.
