Is it just me or does this game need so much grinding
I swear, I have played a lot and I still can't get some of the agents, not even the grind to even get out of unranked. Am I doing something wrong? Or do I really need 300+ hours to get all the agents?

Apparently your gun stays out if detained while holding your map. (You can't shoot it)
