Reasons you aren't a fan of Icebox?

It seems like icebox has been getting a lot of hate, and it confuses me since it seems like Riot is just trying to make a challenge for players. I've never felt tilt with this map and want to hear people's problems with it so i understand the hate.

Rank reset/lacking motivation

The rank reset really hit me hard, I went from gold 2 to bronze 3 and its seriously hard to get the motivation to grind again I got back to silver but, playing against ex-diamonds is rough Any advice?
