Bad with parties

When I’m playing on my own I play really well but whenever I play with friends everything goes to shit and I suddenly can’t play as well as I do in solo que.

Anyone else experienced this and have ways to counter this??

Which UI is better?

I personally liked the old one but the new one isn't that bad. What I hate the most about this UI is going back to the main menu in order to go to career and all.... What's your opinion on the change made? Do you think this was necessary?...

What maps are offensive sided and what maps are defensive sided?

Like the title states which maps are offensive side and which are defensive sided. Is this up for debate or is this something pretty widely agreed upon?
