Imo I think the Reyna ability slot nerf was the biggest as Reyna mains now have to actually use their brains (no offence). Back then Reyna would be the main instalock, but now if your main gets locked then there's a chance Reyna might get picked. Tbh I don't get why people are getting salty over astra's nerf, since I don't really play astra would someone please tell me why riot removing one star is such a big deal?

Edit: changed my mind, jett's kunai reset nerf is the worst imo as I have terrible aim, although I can't speak for the community, I'll never forget what riot did to jett's ult.
