I solo queue and was wondering what would be the best agent to play who isn't a duelist or do you need to play a duelist to rank up in solo queue?

Can chat banned people please get banned from ranked games?
Every second game I am in i get a chat banned jett/reyna instalocker (I usually only solo queue because no one I know plays this game rn.) And then we have to join his party and once we start losing they just start getting toxic and scream...

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a map based on Greece like Santorini? I know not very original but i think it would look sick.
