I thought I'd tell you a cool story from my work. I work as a temporary worker in a nursing home. There has been an ancient PC in one of the common rooms, which was mainly used by the elderly to play solitaire and surf the web.
On quiet evenings/nights I used to cast e-sports on the TV and watch and a couple of times some of the older people would come and sit down and watch with me. They showed great interest and asked all sorts of questions about e-sports, games and matches/tournaments.
After a while I decided to donate two of my old PCs to work. I installed and introduced VALORANT to the seniors and they absolutely loved it!
So now I have become their "coach" and every evening between the evening coffee and the TV news they want to play a few matches, mostly custom so far.
I've seen how their reflexes and simultaneous ability have improved, they feel more alert and focused, so damn fun! :)
