Y doesn't riot just make all skins purchasable at all times. They would literally make more money too by doing so because ppl don't have to wait like weeks just to pray that the skin they want appear in their shop. I personally am ready to spend like $50+ on the skins I want but instead I have to wait and pray they appear in my shop.

I never realized how much I missed playing with people again when I joined my friends again who moved from playing Lol to Valorant
