Never tought I'd have fun playing Brim. With a week on the new patch, it doesn't seem overpowered either. Nice change Riot!

The issue with the Operator is level design and more flashes won't help
Basically the title. Riot have given us an agent with 3 flashes that she can guide through walls, buffed breach to a point where he is OP JUST to boost his pick rate, and have neglected the weakening Phoenix Flashes.
