Discussion on buffing Phoenix?
Phoenix is supposed to be a "well rounded" character. He has a molly, a wall, healing and a flash but compared to other agents he's just.. disappointing.. it's like.. is that it??
I would suggest buffing him by making all of his moves come...

Yoru makes noise on ropes while in his Ult
Found out yoru made noise on ropes while he was in his ult and literally got a kill because of this at the end of the same game i found out
